Young people who delight in sin
I’ll tell you what has lately bin
A lady who was young & fair
She died in sin and sad despair
2.She would go to frolick dance and play
In spite of all her friends could say,
I’ll turn to God when I am auld
And he will then rescue my soul.
3.One Friday she was taken ill
Her stubborn heart began to yealed
Crying I loss, my days are spent
Two late my God now to repent
4. She called her mother to her bead
Her eyes war roling in her head
When I am dead remember well
Your wicked daughter screams
in hell.
5.My earthly father fare you well
My soul is lost & doomed to hell
The flaming wrath begins to roll
I am a lost & ruined soul.
6.She naughed her tongue before she died
She rung her hands & screamed & cried
Saying must I burn forever more
Until thousand thousands years are over
