Description	Seven leaves of lined paper, handwritten in black ink on the front sides. The document is in excellent physical condition. The document was laminated. The document was folded horizontally into thirds. There is a page number handwritten in pencil at the upper left corner of each leaf. The informant citation is handwritten in pencil following the song text.
