Description	Three leaves of lined paper, handwritten in black ink on both sides of leaves one and two, and on the front side of leaf three. The document is in good physical condition. The document was laminated. There are two loose leaf binding holes at the left edge of each leaf. There are staple holes at the upper corners of each leaf. The upper right corner of the first leaf was folded into the laminate. The lower left corner of the second leaf was folded into the laminate. The document was horizontally folded in half. The document "The Shoemaker" Variant 01, Page 1 begins on the front side of the second leaf. The document "Kitty Wells" Variant 3 begins on the reverse side of the second leaf.
