Description	One leaf of lined paper, handwritten in blue ink on the front side. The document is in good physical condition. There are three loose leaf binding holes along the left edge. There is a minor tear at the middle right edge. There are paper clip rust stains at the upper left edge. The informant citation is handwritten in pencil following the song text. The document "Bye Baby Bunting" Variant 1 is located at the top of the leaf.
