Grandfatherz Clock  

 

My grandfatherz clock waz too tall for the shelf 

So it stood ninety yrz on the floor  

It waz taller by half than the old man himself 

Thou it wieghed not a pennyweight more 

It was bought on the morn of the day he waz born 

It waz always his joy and his pride 

But it stoped short never to go again when the  

Old man died.
