This image shows two women at a piano in I. G. Greer Hall, built 1950, in the Department of Music Education at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in November 1971. Professor Janet Schweiger and graduate student Anne Dellinger can be seen standing and sitting at the piano. The two women performed a piano-voice recital at Appalachian State on November 16, 1971. The Department of Music sponsored student recitals and professional concerts throughout the year. This image apears in the November 12, 1971, edition of "The Appalachian" (p. 6).
