Each year at Homecoming, the Playcrafters, the dramatic club at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) since 1934, produce three short one-act plays. This image shows a scene from the play "Turnabout," performed in October 1954. The play included playcrafters Susie Dobbins, Mary Little, Jo Ann Carlton, Val Mosher, and Betty Haley, and was directed by Dot Travis. The play was performed in the auditorium in the second Administration Building, built 1924. This image appears in "The Appalachian" on October 1, 1954.
